Between the Visible and Invisible
Jennifer Lee’s work explores how light preserves, transforms, and reveals memory. Through oil painting and UV-reactive pigments, each work exists in two visual states: one visible under ordinary light and another revealed under ultraviolet illumination.
Flowers, colour, and layered surfaces become vessels for traces that might otherwise disappear, opening a perceptual space between presence and absence, memory and reality.
